Every treat is baked fresh to order by a one-man veteran-owned kitchen. I keep nothing on hand, so you know your pet is getting the best.

Shipping is $15.00 per order via USPS Priority Mail. Buy 3 or more packs and shipping is free!

I have to bake and dehydrate the treats before I can ship them, so it may take a couple of days from the time I get your order before I can get it into the mail. I will try to email you when your order has shipped.

I ship via USPS Priority Mail, so you should get your order within 3 days of shipping.

If you have not received your order within 7 days of placing it, use the contact page to let me know, so we can figure what went wrong and fix it.

My hope is that you will be happy with your order, and never have to be concerned about returns. But, things happen sometimes. If you are not satisfied with what I send you, use the contact form on the site to let me know immediately, and we can decide together whether I refund your payment or send you a new item.

I use PayPal for all payment processing. Your information is secure. I get your shipping address so I can send your order to you, and your email address so I can communicate with you about your order. I will use this information strictly for your order, and will not share it with anyone. The only payment information I get is a notification from PayPal that payment has been processed.
